The SPAR program asks Strategic-tier vendors for an annual roadmap and ongoing transparency on what's been delivered. We publish both, including this changelog, from day one.
Live status page + retired stale API PDF generator
Public /status page is live with per-service uptime ribbons, 90-day history, incident log, scheduled maintenance, and platform-wide SLA commitments. The legacy `scripts/generate-api-pdf.js` and stale static PDF were retired. The API docs print page (`/docs/api/print`) is now the single source of truth for the printable docs.

SPAR Approved-tier compliance scorecard + training hub
Comprehensive surface for the PuroClean SPAR vendor review. The compliance scorecard maps every Approved-tier requirement to public evidence; the training hub publishes the 30-day onboarding journey, role-based SOPs, support SLAs, and the cadence we commit to with the SPAR vendor specialist.

Public API documentation built out for SPAR review
Every endpoint in the v1 API now ships with a realistic request body and response payload. Webhook event catalog includes sample event payloads for `call.qualified`, `lead.created`, `claim.scope.ready`, `review.received`, and `audit.log.event`. The print page (`/docs/api/print`) is the source of truth for the SPAR application PDF upload.

Public v1 API live: leads, audit log, organizations, webhooks, health. Bearer-token auth, cursor-based pagination, HMAC-signed webhook deliveries with 24-hour retry with exponential backoff. Sandbox tenants available for franchise IT validation before production.
