AI Visibility in the Semrush web app tracks mentions in AI answer engines, it is not populated by our code. Enable/configure it inside Semrush; it may require an add-on tier.
Position tracking (“Set up” in the Visibility column) is also configured in the Semrush UI, not via SEMRUSH_API_KEY.
Our integration uses the Analytics API (phrase_this, phrase_related) which consumes API units from your subscription.
